Fix For: 2.2.0
The rest of the NotificationMessage payload is in the GetCurrentMessageResponse
element, but the root element of the message is missing. This causes parsing
errors on the client side. This problem was noticed with resource property
change messages, but may have been introduced for other messages as well. I
will have to investigate both.
