Dan Jemiolo commented on MUSE-141:
----------------------------------
Hmmm. This is troublesome. We already changed the application layout once in
2.1, now we'd have to change again.
If you move the WSDL/XSD files from under /classes/wsdl so that they're just
under /classes, does the problem go away? Then we're still in the classpath,
but there's no additional path to confuse things. If this works, you could make
a very simple addition to the generated build.xml file to make this permanent;
let me know if this works.

> Currently all file access in the AxisEnvironment is done via getRealPath().
> This could fail when an application server does not extract the code from the
> JAR file.
> To get around this the servlet context should be used:
> final ServletContext servletContext = (ServletContext)
> opContext.getConfigurationContext().getProperty(
> HTTPConstants.MC_HTTP_SERVLETCONTEXT);
> URL url = servletContext.getResource("/WEB-INF/services/muse/muse.xml");
> InputStream in =
> servletContext.getResourceAsStream("/WEB-INF/services/muse/muse.xml");
