ok, I will need some time to apply all of the patches. I see that some of the
changes cause certain methods to throw or do nothing, which we need to solve
for the J2SE case. we can't just delete certain APIs at this point.
also - java.util.logging.Level and Logger - could we not do the same thing we
did for java.net.URL? this is especially relevant given that Logger is part of
our muse-core API, and removing it would break compatibility.
finally - I'll talk to andrew about what convention he wants for the
ee.foundation.jar placement when it comes to running the build.
