The Axis2 code for dealing with Exceptions presupposes the existence of a
parameter on the operation description that indicates how to handle stack
traces in the response message. If this parameter is not set, Axis2 throws a
NPE.
The fix is to set this parameter for the isolation layer operation during
registration.
