Update docs to include material on J2ME/J9 deployment

This issue will actually be completed by Barry Atkins - I may start the pages
using Barry's current .rtf doc.
We need more documents like those named /tutorial/04-*.html and
/tutorial/07-*.html to explain how to build and deploy applications on J2ME
(J9, for all intents and purposes). These new docs should look a lot like the
existing ones, with the proper search-and-replace done to reflect the J2ME/J9
scenario. Most of this material will come from Barry's current doc.
We should also have a page for our how-to section that tells people how to set
up J9 and add the logging implementation, as discussed in Barry's current doc.
We can point out to the Eclipse wiki, which has a good tutorial on this, and
then fill in the logging info.
