I seem to have run into an interesting problem. We currently provide a QName implementation (as does Xerces and a bunch of other bundles), but we don't provide an implementation of NamespaceContext, which Stax parser used by Axiom 1.2 expects. The stax api jar provides one, so I'm working through the dependencies to get this to run in 1.4.2.
