I tried to generate the sample with the current code from the trunk. The poms
are currently still in version 2.2.0. That's why I assumed this is the same
version as the released distribution (perhaps this is just a problem with my
local environment).
However, you are right. The 2.2.0 distribution works for me too. I came across
that problem while trying to track down another problem where message
declarations of imported wsdl files are striped of (they must be explicitly
added to the wsdl file). But this is a separate issue.
