GetRPDoc returns properties in wrong order

I'm trying to do some client validation of data coming from the server, and the
resource properties in the GetRPDoc response are not in the correct order as
defined in the XSD. So my client validation fails.
The bug is in:
org.apache.muse.ws.resource.properties.schema.impl.SimpleResourcePropertiesSchema
It currently uses a HashMap to store the property names, so the ordering is
lost as entries are inserted. Instead, use some sort of list. Or easier, just
use a LinkedHashMap. The existing code logic can remain the same, but this
type of map will properly maintain the order of entries as they are inserted.
