As mentioned, this build.xml has been reworked to be provide more granular
targets.
It also introduces a property flag called "INCLUDE_PREVIEWS" (found near the
top of the file) which can be set to true or false. When set to true
"build_src" will include the "/modules/preview" subdirectory in the src.zip.
Also, "build_bin" will invoke the target "include_preview_bin" to build and
include whatever preview modules are desired.
This feature will be useful for building new modules that are first introduced
as preview module.
