Missing service group registration PortType definition in wsdl files

There are two wsdl files related to service groups in MUSE - one for service
group, and one for service group entry. The service group registration
porttype and its operations are not part of these two wsdl files. I am unable
to use the service group remote client to add endpoints to the service by
adding the two resources types to the muse.xml as suggested in the
documentation on
http://ws.apache.org/muse/docs/2.2.0/manual/how-to/wsrf-add-service-groups.html.
You can find the porttype and message definitions for service group
registration from sgw-2.wsdl in
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/17833/wsrf-1.2-os.zip.
