The documentation
(http://ws.apache.org/muse/docs/2.2.0/manual/architecture/deployment-descriptor.html)
says that setting the logging level to FINE will cause Muse to record every
SOAP request and response that it processes but actually only the requests are
traced (look at org.apache.muse.core.platform.axis2.AxisIsolationLayer).
