Details:
Change muse-link-face such that it does a string-match against a new option
called muse-remote-file-regexp that looks like "\\`/[^/:]+:" (or
tramp-file-name-regexp or ange-ftp-name-format if either is bound).
If the match occurs, do not try to use file-exists-p on it, and assume it's a
good link.
