A table ending with:
$5.00 | Total |
$439.50 remaining in the show cash.
gets published as a table, followed by the $439.50 line, but the line has an
extra 2 spaces at the beginning. It's not the $, as this is also the case
when the line should begin with a letter. There are two empty lines between
the end of the table and the $439.50 line.
