Follow-up Comment #1, bug #5112 (project muse-el):
The attached patch fixes the problem for me. It's against 3.02.6, the one in
Debian unstable, which is way old. The current version of the relevant
function muse-publish-url is totally different. I post the patch anyway in
case any (Debian) users browse this so they can apply it.
