Yes.  In the latest development version of Muse, I've added a <math>
tag to the muse-latex2png.el file.  It takes Latex math code and turns
it into an image (unless you're publishing to a Latex-based style like
pdf, in which case it is left alone).

After I make these images get cleaned up automatically (currently they
just accumulate in the "./latex" directory), I'll upload another
release candidate for Muse.
