Actually, 3.02.93 is more correct.  The <literal> tag inserts its
contents as-is, without any changes.  If you look at the published
document, you will see that <include> is there, but the browser hides
it.

In order for this to do what you want, either write (if you want it to
show up in a monospace font):

  =<literal><include></literal>=

or if you want it to show up in a normal font, do:

  <verbatim><include></verbatim>

Both of these escape the "<" and ">" characters so that the web
browser does not hide the text.
