The deployment part I spoke of is from Axis2, which is available today - the WSRF/WSDM layer that runs on top of Axis2 is part of Muse 2.0, which is still in milestone mode and won't be "officially" available until 9/1/06. You can use the code now, of course, it's just not as baked as we want it to be.
