wsdl version?

Out of curiousity, what version of WSDL is Muse 2.0 supporting?
 
I'm currently using the following reference for WSDL 2.0, but I'm
running into issues when following some of the xml form found in this
guide.  So I'm wondering if I'm using the wrong wsdl version.
