If the bug is happening in TPTP and not on the command line, submit it to Eclipse's Bugzilla. If it happens even on the command line, send it to JIRA. If you're generating through TPTP and can't tell, submit it to Eclipse and they debug and determine it to be a wsdl2java problem, they'll create a bug against us.
