Radhika sent me her WSDL - the problem is that the WS-SG properties were 
not added to the WSRP doc or RMD doc. The WSDL was generated by TPTP's 
WSDM tooling - Andrew/Balan, you might want to ask Radhika which steps she 
used to create the service group to see if there's a bug or if it was just 
a copy/paste error.
