It would be worth the effort for us to go through and figure out the NPE, because that shouldn't happen regardless of what specs you're using; however, Muse only supports the ratified versions of WSRF, WSN, etc., so it won't generate code as documented unless you use those versions of the spec. All of the samples and tutorial WSDL/XSD files use these specs, so you can copy the correct XML from there.
