Can you create a JIRA item with more specifics about your project (which version, which platform/SOAP engine, any modifications you made, etc.)? I believe this bug was fixed a while ago for Axis2 (don't think it was ever reported for Mini), so I'd be interested to see what's happening. Please mark the Fix Version as 2.3.0.
