Looks like your TrackConsumer is getting loaded properly by Muse. But, can you confirm if any of your code outside of the consumer capability is actually adding TrackConsumer as a consumer for your producer resource? This is similar to the WsnTestClient class in the wsn-consumer sample. If this is not done, the TrackConsumer won't get any notifications, even if Muse loads the resource properly.
