muse 2.0 download

Can the complete Muse 2.0 download be made available somewhere?  We have
folks who have trouble with the Muse 2.2 wsdl2java due to the new
NotDocLiteral error.  We have a large set of wsdls, and users are having
trouble going thru the manual process of copying the message elements
together just to get it working with 2.2 wsdl2java.
