The MessageInterval is just a sample property used to illustrate a custom, 
mutable resource property. We wanted one that fit with the sample (WSN 
stuff), so we used MessageInterval to control when the messages are sent 
out. This was a lot easier than trying to generate real events from a real 
IT resource on your system.
