Hi Dipty, This appeared a few days ago for another user. Please look at the tomcat logs and turn up the muse.xml logging. Its really difficult to help otherwise. Given that you can't access the URL directly there is a problem starting up the environment and/or the servlet. Tomcats logs will tell you which.
