I've (pretty quickly) gone over all sections, and I must say I can't find back a lot of important basics that I would have to require to make an authoritative statement about what's right and wrong.
I don't mind playing with some DSP blocks, and occasionally designing something decent, and even working on interesting DSP subjects, and of course these subjects in the sense of the analog filters and theory are one or more centuries old, about which most books make a proper build up in a part of the subject, or you'd end up with a proper Network Theory course for university students (I'm a NT graduate, and I like the basics, too), which theoretically only works proper IMHO when there is a good mathematical foundation. That's a bit missing here. The proper conclusions most importantly about the signal analysis and the circuit and signal congruence transferring a small network from analog schematics and (very basic) analysis to a digital implementation "schematic" and recurrence relation is an activity from long ago that certainly still deserves attention. I'd prefer something new to deal with a host of complicated subjects to make digital synthesis accurate and exciting, and I don't feel that's on the horizon of this technical report.
