Ok. I suggest that someone who is reasonably sure of the definition should
state this in the wiki. Or else, we will have arrangements stored as
editings and editings stored as arrangements.

In my mind, arranging sounds much more like composition than editing.
Editing sounds more like someone taking a recorded work and modifying
it.
