* I think "How to determine" step 5 should be split into two steps, to make
it clearer:
5. If all tracks were composed by the the same composer, the composer is the
Release Artist.
6. Otherwise, set the Release Artist to Various Artists.

* Rule 2 says "a small number of artists". That isn't quite precise enough
to make me comfortable. Is 4 a small number? 10?

* Change "varying" to "various", or maybe "differing", throughout. I had a
crusty mentor who drummed into my head that "varying" means "changing over
time". What you mean here is "different in different cases within the set".

* For all the examples, it's great to have a link to concrete examples. But
the page would be easier to understand if the reader could understand the
point of the example without having to follow the link. Consider adding a
summary of each release to the text of the example, highlighting which trait
the example demonstrates. For instance, the first example could be "
http://musicbrainz.org/release/a4995df2-4020-4a80-9fab-cd95a92764f6.html
Example 1 : 'The Gould Variations (Glenn Gould)'. 21 works, all J.S. Bach
compositions, all performed only by Glenn Gould. ReleaseArtist is Gould."

* At the end of each example, I think "ReleaseArtist is foo" is a clearer
way to make your point than just "(ReleaseArtist)". In particular, I'm not
sure exactly what ReleaseArtist setting you propose for the performer
collaboration cases.

* In the performer collaboration case, in what order should we list the
names? There are six different permutations of "Anna-Sophie Mutter, Maurice
Zelster, & Yo-Yo Ma". (This is part of why such CollaborationArtist``s make
me uncomfortable.

* Two of your examples seem to have FeaturedArtistStyle: "(Ed Meyer)" and
"(feat. piano: Glenn Gould)". I'd prefer it if the examples didn't have this
style, since I have a feeling we will shortly agree to drop it from the CSG.
If we do drop it, we'd have to come back and eliminate it from here too, and
that would be an extra task. Consider dropping the parenthetical clauses
from how you cite those ReleaseTitles in this page.

Again, thanks for the thoughtful work. I'm not quite on board yet, but a
clear proposal like this is a big help.
