Hi everyone, As the discussion on the previous RFV seems to have been resolved, I am resubmitting it for veto. Changes made since the first RFV:
1. Different example: a Jagger/Richards track, for which the individual contributions are unclear, and which do not yet have composer or lyricist ARs. 2. Made the rule of never allowing both Writer and Composer/Lyricist/Librettist less strong. It is now 'should not', to allow editors to make use of their best judgement in deciding what best reflects the available information.
