In the second sentence there is a typo: ...a work should be created for each chapter and related to the book recording with the "has part" relationship. -> ...a work should be created for each chapter and related to the book work with the "has part" relationship.
Probably there should be explicitly mentioned that if a chapter is split into part that the recording - relationship should be "is a partial recording of". It could be mentioned probably in the examples?
