Thanks for prompting me to think about this: I'm going to email the board. Without any discussion ahead of time, I think we would make a lot of phone calls in a short time and try to contact as many of the board members as we could to see what they thought. We would probably cancel if we thought it was unsafe for people to come, the hall would be closed, or the T wasn't running. If we had performers coming in from out of town but things were not bad locally we might have board members sub. > > 3. What happens if you cancel a dance?
