I like the idea of having a songinfo-like format.  Why not print the
full song information including all "core" tags (via
song_print_info()), and then append the sticker values.

The same code then be reused to implement commands like "lssticker"
(like lsinfo, but includes all sticker values).

Eric: Sebastien (on Cc) asked me for that feature today, and he
indicated his willingness to help you with implementing more sticker
commands.  Maybe you two can cooperate on that.
