That's a CD standard and it is 16 bit by definition. MPD > can not play CDs.
I should have been more clear about what I meant. Would a 16-bit file converted to 32-bit by mpd and then converted to S24_3LE by ALSA be bit-for-bit identical to a 16-bit file converted to S24_3LE by mpd if mpd it were able to do so? - Grant ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Verizon Developer Community Take advantage of Verizon's best-in-class app development support A streamlined, 14 day to market process makes app distribution fast and easy Join now and get one step closer to millions of Verizon customers http://p.sf.net/sfu/verizon-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Musicpd-dev-team mailing list Musicpd-dev-team@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/musicpd-dev-team
