Jubair ibne-Mut'im RadiAllahu 'anhu narrates that verily Nabi SallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam said: He will not enter Paradise who breaks ties of kinship. (Bukhari) Note: Severing ties of kinship is such a grievous sin that none stained with it will be able to enter Paradise. However, when one is cleansed after undergoing punishment, or is pardoned by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala for some reason or without any reason, then he will be able to enter Paradise.
