Then can we either get that patch, or this default changed? It's
really annoying - I can't imagine it looks right in anything that

Well, some mutt docs say that when adding new features, the old should
be default. Adding spaces back by force is a one liner. I can do that if
it's okay (I'm sometimes actually scared by how conservative some people
here are... :)
