I'm confused as to why message-hook applies to save commands. This makes it impossible to use a push command to modify pager behavior because this interferes with the save command for those messages that match that message-hook. Given there is a save-hook would it be reasonable to either remove message-hook processing from the save commands or create another hook that just applies to the pager?
