#3572: Mutt doesn't know popular audio formats

After realizing in disbelief that Mutt had sent an mp3 attachment with
MIME type 'application/octet-stream', I found the 'mime.types' file to be
severely lacking in the audio department. This sucks more - and not less -
than any other current mail client.
The following lines must be added to the 'mime.types' file in order to
reduce said suction:
audio/mpeg mp3 mp2
audio/x-flac flac
audio/ogg ogg oga
audio/aac m4a aac
This will provide correct MIME types for popular and relatively-popular
audio formats.
