#2014 was fixed on 2010-03-02 while Mutt 1.5.20 was released on
2009-06-14. So, the fix for bug #2014 appeared only in Mutt 1.5.21.
It seems that the bug is that Mutt thinks that there are two "@" in the
address, disregarding the quotes (it behaves in the same way if I remove
the quote characters). Another related bug is that Mutt transforms {{{"a
b"@c}}} (with a space between a and b) into {{{ab@c}}}.
