Would it not be time to promote 1.5.21 to stable? Or to declare mutt

I'd extend this call a bit -- if 1.6 is not mature enough (or is it?) would it not be time to release 1.5.22 with so many bug fixes from the last three years that are already applied in repository?

If now is not right time, is there any rough estimation when we can expect a new bugfix release? In case there are some blockers that must be fixed before, are they listed somewhere so people out there can help with them?
