#3667: Stuck trying to send an email: all DNS lookups fail when network was
brought up after mutt

I have configured "record=imaps://[email protected]" which works fine
when I run mutt **after** having brought up my laptop's network interface.

When the network interface is down and I run "mutt [email protected]",
hitting y to (record and) send an email returns the status **Could not
find the host "imap.gmail.com"** and I'm still in the send-message screen
of course. Now even if I bring up the network interface while mutt is
still running, I still get this status when hitting y again and again.
Shouldn't mutt attempt to resolve the domain-name anew?

If you record your emails locally (or not at all) then you'll get the same
error message but for the domain-name defined in //smtp_url//. If you try
to postpone the message remotely then it's the //postponed// domain-name.

 I'm using Linux btw.

Keep up the excellent work, guys!
