#3704: "mono indicator reverse" doesn't work anymore

In my muttrc, I have:
color index green default ~N
color index magenta default ~P
color index yellow default ~F
color index red default ~D
mono indicator reverse
But the foreground and background colors are not reversed for the
indicator.
It worked fine with Mutt 1.5.21, but with Mutt 1.5.23 (Fedora 19), it
doesn't work: the indicator background is always the default background
color.
