It would be nice if <shell-escape> could be parsed and escapes replaced,
e.g.
%s: temporary filename
%t: mime type
and let mutt create the temporary file if %s is present. This has the
advantage over e.g. expecting the shell-escape or pipe command to create
it that mutt has access to filenames/mimetypes of attachments and
generally more knowledge about the contents/nature of data than the other
end of a pipe.
