In general, you should ask questions like this on the mutt-users mailing
list or on the #mutt IRC channel.
Macros are simply sequences of characters "typed" in; they have no
intelligence or ability to resume running after stopping for input. If
you want the same filename each time, you can include that in the macro
followed by <enter>aqd, but otherwise there is no way to continue after
you manually type the name in.
