#3909: reply-to vs from comparison ignores display name

when determining whether to use the reply-to header, mutt compares the
from address with the reply-to address, and ignores the latter if they are
equal, for seemingly obvious reasons.
however, this is making a bogus assumption: that the display name is
irrelevant. not so for example in my ISP's ticketing system, where they
put the ticket number in the reply-to's display name while sending with
one which accurately represents who the are. this is arguably stupid, but
what can you do.
