The attached patch makes mutt present the SHA1 fingerprint in addition to
the MD5 fingerprint.
It does NOT currently change the existing banner string from "Fingerprint"
to "MD5 Fingerprint" or "Fingerprint (MD5)", which maybe it should.
I'd like to set "Milestone: 1.8" but that's not currently possible in
Trac.
