#3918: segfault if /usr/local/bin/mutt_dotlock doesnt exist

I was testing mutt1.8 out of a local directory when I discovered that
copying a mail from one folder to another segfaults if
/usr/local/bin/mutt_dotlock doesn't exist.
I think this is a place where, even though the repro is odd, it might be
worth a fix, even if that fix is simply a graceful exit.
