I'd rather wish that "(a)lways accept" would continue to be permitted
but skip storing the certificate,
and perhaps print a message that the certificate had already been.
There is one thing though that came as a new thought: if the certificate
is the same except for the validity timespan, we may still need to add
it (but I presume this is already handled by our skipping expired
certificates during read, so we wouldn't know that we've already had the
certificate).
