High winds knocked my power out all day yesterday, but I'll try to get
this fixed this weekend.
I plan on breaking this into two commits. I'll push the
imap_fetch_message() changes to the stable branch, because this seems
pretty low risk: it's already checking for isendwin() is one place, but
did not do so for the progressbar messages.
I'll add the OPTKEEPQUIET to _mutt_pipe_message() in a separate commit and
push that the default, just to make sure there aren't any side effects I
didn't realize.
