I must admit i have not looked around for many years. It is now all different, and much more beautiful. I am not able to find more than https://publications.opengroup.org/standards/unix at the moment. In earlier times it all looked more like https://www.opengroup.org/austin/docreg.html As you are involved in Linux kernel community, i think the Mark Brown of "POSIX", with administrator rights, and the Mark Brown from the Linux Community are the same person, he surely knows more than i do. I mostly a lurker. Having said that you, also and especially as a C lover, will find many interesting things on TUHS https://www.tuhs.org/Archive/Documentation/TechReports/USG_Library/ This is of course not really what you are looking for, though. I myself have nothing older than that, plus the 1996 version, and then 2013,16,18,24, plus an "authorized guide to version 4" from 2010. Could be much more was available online in earlier times, but either it was behind a paywall, or i was not interested enough to download it. Well.
